Feature of PLANEVEYOR

PLANEVEYOR employs the state-of-the-art,original ball surface (PAT.P),which is entirely different from the conventional ball-bearing transfers
(except press-worked type).

The conventional ball transfer system receives the whole load of objects at a limited section of the small balls support directly under the large ball (See Fig.1)

while PLANEVEYOR circumferentially receives the load of objects with many small balls around the large ball because of the original ball surface applied (See Fig.2)

Performance of PLANEVEYOR

1.The Unique Upward/downward Reversible Ball Transfer!

Even if PLANEVEYOR is used downward (see Fig.3),the load is also supported with the same ball surface (concave) as used upward due to the original ball surface. Thus PLANEVEYOR can be used both upward and downward.

2.Higher Durability and Lower Frictional Resistance than conventional products!

When loaded with objects of the same weight, the bearing stress of PLANEVEYOR is decreased by approx. 40% compared to the convetional products (our old type), and durability is considerably improved.

The startup frictional resistance, 2/100 or less, is also achievde (The ball contact surface is SS material).

3.Dust discharge type (standard product) makes operations under severe conditions possible!

PLANEVEYOR does not receive the load at the small section of the small balls support, directly under the large ball.lts structure allows many dust discharging holes to be perforated at the small ball support area (See Fig.4) for discharging dust and/or water infiltrating inside. lt operates properly and ensures continuous smooth rolling motions even under the severest conditions.

4.Huge cost rduction realized!

By the completely streamlined production process as well as mass-production made possible due to its unique reversible feature, hunge cost reduction was successfully achieved.

<Excellent for positioning glass substrate casing cassettes in a cleanroom!>

Free movement of the top plate enables a precise positioning of glass substrate casing cassettes in a short time (See Photo 1).
Under non-load condition, its return-to-datum-point function of the nuit instantly prepares to position the next workpiece (see Photo 2).

lf employed with either PVXA-R type designed to fix the position of glass substrates by locking the movable part or PVX-L type having an air cylinder for lifting and lowering built-in, positioning procedures for each process is simplified and also, the substantial cost reduction for equipment investment can be realized.

<The original ball surface technology (PAT.P) made it possible to produce whole resin PLANEVEYOR!>

We succesfully developed whole resin PLANE-VEYOR without lowering the load capacity, which defies the conventional idea for the di-rect ball-bearing transfer systems for glass substrates used in cleanrooms.

This resin PLA-NEVEYOR allows a smoother positioning than the convntional methods using peak pins. And also, fine dust or cutting chips infiltrating in-side are discharged from holes perforated at bolt area (see Photo 1).

<Fist of its kind! The Large Ball Lock System firmly fixes glass substrates>

Using resin materials, this type transfers and positions glass substrates while reducing the damage to glass surface.

With our original ball surface technology(PAT.P).the load is distributed among many small balls around the large ball which rolls very smoothly.

Moreover, the large ball is locked with the air to avoid glass substrates from being out of position so as to enable its precise positioning.
